We returned this monday to a lesson focusing on On2! It starts with a little fun wrap and pop and a quick rotating cross body lead. You’ll notice right in the middle of the move we do a Suzie Q walk away. This is kind of nurture over nature thing, in other words, sometimes the club gets REALLY packed and you need to scoot over to the more open section. Now stopping and walking over to this area isn’t too stylish so add a little Suzie Q walk and ladies give it some flair as you mosey on over.

So we decided to change up our layout to focus more on our lessons and make it easier to navigate around the site. You’ll notice on the home page we have a slideshow gallery of our lessons which will easily direct you to a specific video.

In the blog section (also called the loop), you will find our list of QuickLinks. These buttons will help you navigate to the most sought after sections of our site. Of course this would include our Congress Reviews, Our Most Popular Articles, our Quick Fix Salsa Lessons, The SalsaTube (a collecton of great salsa vids on YouTube), and finally a link to our Upcoming Events page.

From here fill out the form with the requested information -You can even upload a photo! Remember to include both the full post, an excerpt, and at least one tag. From here we will review the post (to make sure it’s not spam) and then post it to the Events Page Loop. Make sure to check the box to Receive an Email when we post it.

Here’s the last Quick Fix Salsa lesson of the Fall semester. We decided to add some new elements to our routine which included a few Reggaeton inspired moves. The last move with the continuous turns was thrown in for fun! BTW the song is Daddy Yankee’s Sabor a Melao (Salsa Remix). Enjoy!
