Katie and Ian are the founders and instructors of I Live Salsa. After dancing and teaching for the last couple years, they realized that their students needed more than just weekly instruction but needed a stronger connection to the salsa community.
With that incentive, they started this website in hopes of providing a resource for Salseros y Salseras to learn and connect with one another.
Some might call giving free lessons socialism but they feel that the redistribution of salsa moves is fundamentally a democratic ideology. If you feel that this site could use something extra please contact Ian and Katie with any suggestions for improvement. This website is For Salseros By Salseros… and anyone else. Enjoy!

- A large archive of free salsa lessons for all levels:Beginners to Advanced. You can view these on you’re computer or on your iPhone/iPod Touch.
- Updated Information on Salsa Congresses and events in the salsa world. As well as frequent posts on topics, happenings, tips, guides, and general information about Salsa.
- Videos of salsa from around the world: from social events to competitions and congresses. You can view these under the Videos page.
- A page dedicated to upcoming salsa events where you can find and post information on congresses, performances, social events, etc.
